Orders to the UK should arrive within 2-5 days, unless otherwise stated. For Rest of World please allow 5-15 days (for urgent orders please contact us and will try to accommodate if possible)
UK and international deliveries are usually made via Royal Mail, UPS or DPD.
Where possible tracking is available on request, please get in contact for details. If tracking is required please contact us before placing your order.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to offer a full refund. We ask that you contact us within 7 working days of receipt by email@example.com. All items should be returned within 20 days of receipt in a resaleable condition. Where possible, we would ask that you return the item(s) with the original packaging. With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, we are not responsible for return postage.
FAULTY GOODS OR GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt on firstname.lastname@example.org. All items should be returned within 20 days of receipt. The option to receive a replacement or a full refund to your card, including the cost of return postage, will be given.
If stock becomes unavailable and your order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you ASAP with the option to claim a full refund or agree to wait until the product becomes available.
