Staycation (response to COVID19)

Dear Thread Chasers,

In light of the current pandemic, I wanted to send an update (and some positivity!) to you all. What a crazy time we are travelling through right now! Firstly, I hope you’re staying safe and sane wherever you are.

Please be assured we are still shipping orders as usual for the foreseeable future.

Our warehouse is taking the threat from Coronavirus very seriously, and have implemented a co-ordinated approach to minimise the impact on services and staff which includes enhanced cleaning, hygiene and self-isolation procedures. They are in close contact with our postal and courier partners and receiving daily updates on any changes to service. At present all parcel operations continue as normal, however we are seeing some delays to countries that have special measures or restrictions in place, these include USA, France, Spain and Italy.

So do note your order may just take a few more days than usual. If you have any queries, don't hesitate to ask us for advice or assistance.

We've extended our UK free delivery - just use code 'SHIPMEFREE' at the checkout.

If you’re looking for a new craft project, or to send someone in isolation a little pick me up, check out our page of Inspiration, and we will continue to add templates and videos to get you started if you're trying cross stitch as a new hobby.

And of course we'd hugely appreciate the small business support in this tricksy time - so do tag any projects or share ideas with your friends who may have had to put travel plans on pause :)

While travel for leisure is off the cards right now it’s been an amazing reminder to me how lucky I am to have the freedoms I usually do. I hope we can take this 'staycation' time reflect on amazing adventures past and future!

I hugely appreciate all of your continued support for my small business, and hope that life will go back to 'usual' for everyone soon.

Warmest wishes,

Em
